Welcome to Prague Clinics. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Medical Services

Prague Clinics provides primary care, specialist consultations, and ancillary medical services. All services are provided by licensed healthcare professionals registered with the Dubai Health Authority (DHA). Information provided on this website is for general information only and does not constitute medical advice.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in case of medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless alternate arrangements have been made through your insurance provider. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved insurance. All fees are in UAE Dirhams (AED).

4. Insurance & Direct Billing

We work with select insurance providers for direct billing. Please confirm your insurance coverage before your appointment. Uncovered services remain the patient's responsibility.

Prague Clinics will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
