Founders of Prague Clinics
Chief Physician Olga Janovska graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Charles University in Prague, specializing in General Practice. She has been practicing as a general practitioner since 2010, working in several clinics and a prestigious Prague practice for international and VIP clients. In 2014, she opened her own medical practice and co-founded Vseobecny lekar group, a company focused on providing general medical services. Over the past decade, Vseobecny lekar group has grown to become the third-largest provider of general medical services in the Czech Republic, operating 50 primary care clinics and serving over 60,000 patients.
Tomas Janovsky holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Management from the Faculty of Economy and Management at the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague. In 2014, he co-founded Vseobecny lekar group with his wife, Chief Physician Olga Janovská, and has been managing the company alongside her ever since. For the past three years, he has been dividing his time between activities in the Czech Republic and Dubai, where he is overseeing the launch of the new project, Prague Clinics.
Together, Olga Janovska and Tomas Janovsky bring their expertise and dedication to Prague Clinics, ensuring the highest standards of medical care and patient satisfaction.

Dr. Jan Divis is a highly qualified General Practitioner and Medical Director with over a decade of clinical experience across Europe and international missions. His medical career reflects a deep commitment to preventive care, early diagnostics, and personalized treatment, making him a trusted figure in family medicine and primary care.
Dr. Divis received his medical education from Charles University and the University of Defense in the Czech Republic, obtaining dual qualifications in General Medicine and Military General Medicine. His early career was rooted in high-pressure environments, including his role as a Senior Medical Officer in the Czech Ministry of Defense and as a NATO Response Forces physician. These experiences not only sharpened his clinical decision-making but also instilled a strong sense of discipline, precision, and responsibility.
In recent years, Dr. Divis has focused on bringing high-quality, patient-centered care to broader communities. His approach emphasizes prevention and regular screening as essential tools to enhance quality of life and extend life expectancy. He is also certified in ultrasound diagnostics, enabling him to provide comprehensive evaluations and reduce the need for unnecessary referrals.
As the Medical Director of Prague Clinics European Doctors in Dubai, Dr. Divis is proud to lead a multidisciplinary team of European-trained physicians, offering care that blends medical excellence with cultural sensitivity for the diverse population of the UAE.
Dr. Divis continues to stay at the forefront of medical advancements through ongoing education and international certifications in hyperbaric medicine, aviation medicine, and critical care. Dr. Tomas Plesnik graduated from the prestigious Charles University in Hradec Králové, Czech Republic, where he obtained a Doctor of General Medicine degree. Dr. Tomas Plesnik began his medical career in the Department of Surgery at Pardubice Hospital, gaining valuable hands-on experience in surgical care.
Following this, Dr. Tomas Plesnik joined Moje Ambulance Polyclinic. There, he served as a family medicine specialist, offering comprehensive care to patients across all age groups.
In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Tomas Plesnik has unique experience in emergency and sports medicine, working with Davepo Medevac, a premier ambulance service specializing in motorsport medical support.
He also embraced the modern evolution of healthcare by working as a telemedicine physician for ulekare.cz. This role expanded his ability to deliver care remotely with clarity and empathy.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Tomas Plesnik is passionate about maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle. In his free time, he enjoys going to the gym, jogging, and playing golf.

For the past ten years, she has worked as a doctor at the prestigious Agel Polyclinic in Olomouc, at Canadian Medical, and other medical companies. In our European company Vseobecny lekar group, she served as a doctor for Alzheimer’s homes and as a telemedicine physician.
She enjoys spending her free time actively, whether with her family, traveling, or walking her dog. Her ideal relaxation is reading books.

Dr. Bettina Lee, MD, MRCGP, DRCOG, DPD (Consultant in Family Medicine), graduated from the prestigious TUM School of Medicine and Health in Munich, Germany, with a Doctor of Medicine degree. She completed her specialty training in Family Medicine in the United Kingdom, working at a variety of renowned hospitals, including Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Birmingham and Worcestershire Royal Hospital. After moving to Germany in 2020, Dr. Lee served as a Family Medicine Consultant at AVZ Haimhausen. In addition to her clinical responsibilities, she was a dedicated trainer for Family Medicine trainees and medical students, shaping the next generation of healthcare professionals.
Outside her professional life, Dr. Lee enjoys traveling, learning about new cultures, and staying active by playing tennis, skiing, and spending time outdoors.

Dr. Vahidi is a highly experienced pediatrician with over 26 years of expertise in providing exceptional care to children, including 15 years of dedicated service in the UAE. He brings a comprehensive skill set in managing a wide range of pediatric conditions, from acute illnesses to long-term health and developmental challenges.
He obtained his Medical Doctorate Degree in 1993 and Specialty Board Certificate course in the field of Pediatric from Zanjan University of Medical Science, Faculty of Medicine in 1998.
Dr. Vahidi has worked at many specialty hospitals and clinics, placing him in the league of the most sought-after pediatricians.
He worked in Armani Poly Clinic, Medicorp Gulf Poly Clinic, London and Paris International Nursery, Iranian Hospital Dubai, S.F Children Specialty Hospital and his own Private Clinics as a Specialist Pediatrician.
Also He was Director General, Medical Director and Head of Pediatric Department in S.F Children Specialty Hospital, University of Medical Science, Tehran. He was Head of Ambulatory Care Unit, Accreditation Canada in Iranian Hospital Dubai.

Dr. Faklaris graduated from the Dental School of Aristotle University in Thessaloniki, Greece, in 1992. He earned a Master’s degree in Oral Psychobiology and Dental Radiology from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece, in 1999, and a PhD from the Department of Materials Science at the University of Patras in 2014.
In 2001, Dr. Faklaris trained in dentistry at UCLA, University of Los Angeles, on a scholarship. He later served as a Visiting Assistant Professor at the European University College in Dubai starting in 2015.
Dr. Faklaris also worked as the Director of the Department of Oral Diagnosis and Dentomaxillofacial Radiology at the Military Airforce Hospital in Greece. Since 2014, he has been practicing in Dubai, holding positions at Bright White Dental Clinic, Saudi German Hospital, True Smile Works Dental Clinic (Dental Network), DENTZZ Dental Care Centre, and as the Medical Director/Senior Aesthetic Dentist at Zieda Aesthetic Clinic.

Dr. Martin Sramek is a highly experienced neurologist with over 25 years of clinical and academic expertise in stroke care, neurointensive medicine, and emergency neurology. He earned his medical degree from Charles University in Prague in 1997 and completed a Ph.D. in Physiology and Pathophysiology in 2024.
Since 2002, Dr. Šrámek has served as a Consultant Neurologist and Lecturer at Charles University, where he has been actively involved in both undergraduate and postgraduate medical education. In 2016, he joined the Comprehensive Stroke Center at the Military University Hospital in Prague as a Senior Consultant Neurologist.
Dr. Šrámek has been instrumental in advancing stroke care quality through his involvement in the RES-Q Registry, and he is widely recognized for his leadership in neurosonology, including transcranial Doppler and PFO detection. His international career also includes professional licensure in Dubai, where he holds a Consultant Neurologist license.
In addition to his clinical and academic work, Dr. Šrámek has a strong interest in high-altitude and diving medicine. He is an active member of multiple professional societies, including the European Stroke Organisation and the Czech Neurological Society, where he serves on the steering committee for the Neurovascular Section.
